Bakers’ Southern Traditions is a family owned peanut processing company located in northeastern North Carolina in a small farming community known as Roxobel. Bakers’ Southern Traditions was developed from a passion and desire to use the great tasting Virginia-type peanuts that we grow on our farm to make healthy snacks and delicious candies. We have control over our peanuts from when they are planted, grown and harvested and then when they are shelled, sized, graded and blanched. All of the cooking, candy making and packing takes place in our FDA/NCDA approved and inspected processing facility located on our farm. Although our peanuts are not organic, they are grown and processed with the upmost care and we use good manufacturing practices throughout the entire process.
